The H2A empowers the community through the use of media, technology, resources, social entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Drop the Rock is the campaign to repeal NY's ineffective, racist, and costly Rockefeller Drug Laws. Together, through public education and legislative advocacy we work to repeal the drug laws, promote community programs and services, and reverse NY’s wasteful and unjust imprisonment policies.
