Hip Hop Helps… is an initiative that was created to assist with the progression, empowerment and awareness of communities in need. Each year the Social Services of Hip Hop focuses on an issue that needs technical assistance. Hip Hop is used as the tool to solve, enhance or persuade the success of the program or goal.
